The cottage combines traditional features with modern facilities. It has 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and is open plan downstairs.

*Bedroom 1 has either 6ft double 'Zip'n'Link' or 3ft twin beds.
*Bedroom 2 has a 3ft 6ins super single.
*Underloor heating throughout provided by renewable Groundsource energy with a log burner to provide cheer on cold evenings.
*Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full ceramic hob, grill and oven.
*DVD/TV with Satellite- Wifi

Safe, private parking is only 20 metres away and we have space for vans and trailers with electric hook up by arrangement.
Please note the cottage is not suitable for small children.
